Thales - Titre 2 - Eng

The Foundation is governed by French law and supervised by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees has 9 members and meets twice a year.

Patrice Caine, CEO of Thales, is Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is responsible for general policy decisions. The Board determines the Foundation’s societal objectives, ratifies the choice of pilot programmes and projects selected for Foundation support, and approves the budget.

Two committees — one for each area of focus — assist the Board of Trustees. Each committee has 10 members. These committees select projects proposed by employees through the Call for Projects and submit them to the Board of Trustees for approval.

The Foundation is managed by the General Director, Isabelle Simon, Group Secretary and General Counsel

The Foundation facilitates a network of correspondents and ambassadors tasked with promoting the Foundation’s activities and mobilising Thales employees around the Foundation’s projects.
